Who We Are

The Family Business Foundation, LLC is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) established in Raleigh, North Carolina in 2020 right at the start of Covid 19 Pandemic. We partner with small "Minority" Business and local Corporate Organizations committed to justice, peace, and long-term community wellbeing. We supports grassroots programs and community-led initiatives through fiscal sponsorship, strategic collaboration, and resources that empower people to create lasting social change.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The Family Business Foundation is dedicated to breaking systemic barriers and building generational wealth in the Greater Raleigh area. We achieve this by equipping individuals with the tools for Economic Empowerment, expanding access to quality Education, advocating for Health Equity, and relentlessly pursuing Social Justice to ensure a fair and prosperous future for all.

We envision a future where systemic barriers are completely dismantled, allowing every individual in our community to prosper. By bridging gaps in opportunity, the Family Business Foundation aims to serve as the premier catalyst for lasting community transformation, where prosperity is shared, health is a fundamental right, and justice is guaranteed for every family.

The Family Business Foundation measures its long-term success by the tangible, generational transformation of families in the Greater Raleigh/Durham NC area across our four core pillars.
